Pour approximately 2 cups of salt blend under warm, running bath water and enjoy your ritual bath. While soaking, take time to sit in gratitude and reflect on the growth you've experienced throughout the year (if possible, open a window and soak up a little extra sunshine on the longest day of the year). When you are finished soaking, allow any negativity to wash down the drain and rinse off any leftover herbs.
